What can I do without a plan?
Post as many listings as you like and keep up to 3 active requirements, keep your listing card and agent page, watch the live river and see how many matches you have. Unlimited requirements, numbers, full requirements, match records and developers' sales teams come with the paid plans above.
What if I use all 100 connects?
Add 120 more for ₹1,000 (₹1,220 with processing and GST) any time in the month.
What do the longer plans cost?
1 month ₹1,000 (100 connects). 3 months ₹3,000, 6 months ₹5,400 (10% off) and 12 months ₹10,000 (pay for 10 months, get 12) — all with 120 connects every month. Online payments add processing and 18% GST (₹1,220 / ₹3,660 / ₹6,588 / ₹12,200); paying by UPI adds GST only. Plans, connects, top-ups and add-ons are non-refundable once paid; stop renewing any time and your plan runs to its end date. Charged twice, or charged and the plan did not switch on? We refund that payment in full within 7 working days — report it at propi.in/refund. Renew on time and your price stays locked.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment.
What is a connect?
One connect opens one agent’s number on a listing or requirement. Once opened, it stays open for you — calling or WhatsApping that agent again costs nothing.
