Questions Property Advisors actually ask
If I upload my exclusive listing, do I lose control of it?
No. You keep it, you edit it, and you can de-list it whenever you want. Other advisors see the property so they can bring you a buyer — they do not get your client, and they only get your contact if they spend a reveal on it. Uploading is how you get co-broking calls, not how you give inventory away.
Will my client see that I found the property on PROPi?
Only if you tell them. PROPi is an advisor-to-advisor network — there is no consumer portal pushing your client to another advisor.
What if I reveal a number and it is dead or the flat is gone?
Report it from the same screen. We refund the reveal and credit you for the report, then check the listing. Reporting bad data is how the inventory stays clean.
How fresh is the inventory really?
Listings sync hourly from the source. Every listing card shows when it was last updated, and listings that are not refreshed get de-listed rather than sitting there looking live. If something still looks wrong, the report button is on every card.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PROPi works in your browser. There is an Android app if you want it, and you can use large parts of PROPi over WhatsApp without any app at all.
