No refunds on money you pay us
Money paid to PROPi — subscription fees, credit packs and recharges — is non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated or a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded.
Reveal credits are separate
The section above is about money. Reveal credits are not money and are not covered by it. If you spend a credit on a contact and the number turns out to be wrong, stale, or the property is already gone, report it from the listing — we put that credit back in your wallet and add one for the report. No money is returned either way, so this is not a refund; it is a credit going back to your wallet.
Subscription Usage
Subscriptions on PROPi provide daily contact reveal access and premium features. Because these are instantly activated digital services, we cannot issue partial or full refunds for unused subscription days.
Account Cancellations
You may choose to terminate or cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, account cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any active subscription period or historical purchases.
Failed Transactions
If your bank account or credit card is debited but the subscription or credits fail to reflect on your PROPi dashboard due to a technical error, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at info@propi.in with your transaction reference number.
