Strict No-Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and recharges made on PROPi are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated or a transaction is processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.
Subscription Usage
Subscriptions on PROPi provide daily contact reveal access and premium features. Because these are instantly activated digital services, we cannot issue partial or full refunds for unused subscription days.
Account Cancellations
You may choose to terminate or cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, account cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any active subscription period or historical purchases.
Failed Transactions
If your bank account or credit card is debited but the subscription or credits fail to reflect on your PROPi dashboard due to a technical error, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at info@propi.in with your transaction reference number.
