Three Bandra Flats Sold to Shaan for ₹47.64 Crore

Three luxury apartments in Bandra West have been purchased by singer Shaan and his wife Radhika Mukherji for a combined consideration of ₹47.64 crore.

Located in the Palmera development on Turner Road, the three apartments together measure approximately 6,268 sq. ft. and include nine car parking spaces.

Each unit was acquired for approximately ₹15.88 crore. The transaction was registered on August 20, 2026, with approximately ₹2.70 crore paid towards stamp duty.

The apartments are being combined to create a large-format luxury residence.

For Mumbai's property industry, the transaction highlights an interesting segment of the luxury market: buyers seeking substantially larger homes in established neighbourhoods where standalone inventory of this size can be limited.

Combining adjoining apartments allows developers and brokers to cater to buyers who want the scale of a bungalow or large residence while retaining the security and amenities of a premium apartment development.

Bandra West remains particularly relevant for this segment because of its location, social infrastructure and limited supply of new luxury residential inventory.
