Kamdhenu Realities Acquires ₹150 Crore Thane-Belapur Road Plot

Major Commercial Land Deal on Thane-Belapur Road

Kamdhenu Realities has expanded its Navi Mumbai portfolio through the acquisition of a four-acre land parcel from RPG Life Sciences for approximately ₹150 crore.

Located on Thane-Belapur Road, the property carries approximately 1.8 million sq. ft. of total development potential.

Offices, Retail and F&B Planned

The developer intends to create a Grade-A commercial park on the acquired land.

Plans outlined for the development include corporate office suites, high-street retail, food and beverage avenues, double-height lobbies and other business and lifestyle infrastructure.

The scale of the parcel is particularly significant for Navi Mumbai's office market because it allows the developer to create an integrated commercial campus instead of developing an individual office tower.

Navi Mumbai's Commercial Corridor Expands

The site is located close to IKEA and opposite the upcoming Pawane railway station.

Thane-Belapur Road already accommodates a growing mix of IT parks, technology offices and data centre developments, while connectivity with other parts of Navi Mumbai and the wider MMR continues to support the corridor's commercial positioning.

For the brokerage market, a development of this scale could eventually create new inventory across office and retail formats, adding another major commercial address to the Navi Mumbai market.
