45-Storey Commercial Tower Planned in 52-Acre Thane Project By Sugee

A 52-acre commercial and mixed-use district is being developed in Thane West, adding a major new office project to the city's real-estate pipeline.

Sugee Group has unveiled Sugee Lake District opposite Korum Mall, near Cadbury Junction in Khopat.

The development will combine premium offices with retail, dining, hospitality and lifestyle infrastructure.

Its first commercial building will be a ground-plus-45-storey tower offering office spaces ranging from approximately 800 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft.

Typical floors will provide approximately 46,000 sq. ft. of space, while adjoining office units can be combined to accommodate larger occupiers.

The tower is also planned with 46 high-speed elevators along with dedicated service elevators.

Beyond office space, the wider development will include high-street retail and a six-acre promenade overlooking Siddheshwar Lake.

Amenities planned for the commercial development include a rooftop lounge, café, fitness centre, pickleball court, turf and indoor recreation facilities.

The project is located along the Eastern Express Highway near Cadbury Junction, placing it within an established residential and commercial catchment in Thane West.

For commercial property investors and occupiers, the project reflects the continuing expansion of organised office supply beyond Mumbai's traditional business districts.
