Yes. You can list up to 50 properties and 50 requirements and use search for free. Getting numbers uses credits, and paid plans start at 999 rupees.

Will I lose my client to another advisor?

No. PROPi is advisor-to-advisor. Contacts are credit-gated and you always keep your own client — PROPi just helps you find a matching property or buyer faster.
