PROPi connects, explained
A connect opens one contact number on PROPi. Browsing, listing, matching, brochures and Ask PROPi are free on PROPi Live — you only use a connect when you open a number.
What a connect is
- One connect opens one number on one listing, requirement, river post or profile.
- Opening the same number again on the same item is free.
- Builder sales-team contacts come from the builder add-on: 20 projects a month, every contact of each, ₹500 + processing and GST.
Every connect is recorded under My connects with the date, time and item.
Free to start
- On signup — list up to 5 properties and 1 requirement, and watch the live river.
PROPi Live
- Free — 5 listings, 1 active requirement, the live river; no numbers.
- PROPi Live — ₹1,000 a month (₹1,220 with processing and GST) — 100 connects a month, unlimited listings and requirements, the live river in real time, brochures and Ask PROPi included.
- Quarterly — ₹3,660 — 120 connects a month.
- Used them up? Add 120 more in the same month for ₹1,220.

Frequently asked
Do listing or search use connects?
No. Listing, posting requirements, searching and matching are all free. Connects are only for opening a number.
Am I charged twice for the same number?
No. Opening the same number again on the same item is free.
