Bollywood actress Sunny Leone, also known as Karenjit Kaur Weber, has purchased an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs 8 crore. The transaction was officially registered in February 2025.

The office space, located in Veer Signature, a commercial project by Veer Group, spans a carpet area of 176.98 sq meters (1,904.91 sq ft) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq meters (2,095 sq ft). It also includes three dedicated car parking spaces. The deal involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 35.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Leone purchased the property from Aishwarya Property and Estates, owned by Anand Kamalnayan Pandit and Roopa Anand Pandit. Veer Signature, spread over 0.53 acres, offers office spaces ranging from 59.21 sq meters to 193.04 sq meters, as per RERA records.

Between January 2024 and December 2024, Veer Signature recorded 12 transactions amounting to a total value of Rs 202 crore. The property has been a sought-after destination for high-profile buyers, with Bollywood personalities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kartik Aaryan, and Sara Ali Khan also owning spaces in the building.
